David C Fuellhart III
Senior Associate Attorney
David was born in Fairfax, Virginia in 1988. He resided there until moving to Charles Town, West Virginia in 2000 with his parents and two younger brothers. David graduated from Jefferson High School in 2007, and upon graduation chose to attend West Virginia University.
At West Virginia University, David was a member of Sigma Chi Fraternity and held numerous leadership positions in the organization. David graduated cum laude from West Virginia University in 2011 with a bachelor of arts in History and Philosophy. After taking a year off from school to work, David was admitted to the West Virginia University College of Law.
At the WVU College of Law, David focused primarily on litigation. He was two-year member of the Moot Court at the College of Law. The Moot Court is an organization that specializes in appellate litigation. During his first year, he traveled to Los Angeles and participated in UCLA’s Cyber Crimes Moot Court Competition. In his second year, David held the position of Treasurer of the Moot Court, and attended Tulane’s Sport Law Competition in New Orleans, Louisiana. David was also a member of WVU’s General Practice Clinic. In the General Practice Clinic, third year law students work under the supervision of a practicing attorney in various areas of the law. In the Clinic, David worked on cases in numerous areas of law such as civil litigation and domestic issues.
David graduated from the WVU College of Law in May 2015 in the top third of his class. He began full time employment as a Law Clerk with Isner Law in August 2015.
