Phil Isner is a native of Elkins, West Virginia, and a 1995 graduate of Elkins High School. Phil went on to attend Alderson Broaddus University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Administration and Marketing. Phil is also a 2003 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Following law school, Phil worked at a large law firm in Charleston, West Virginia, before returning to Elkins in 2005. Since then, he has aggressively represented clients all over the State of West Virginia. In 2014, Phil became the Managing Partner of Isner Law Office.
Phil has a broad-based practice with a focus on major areas including the aggressive pursuit of all aspects of Civil Litigation including injury and accident cases, divorce and custody cases, criminal defense, and claims for Social Security benefits for individuals who can no longer work.
An active member of his community, Phil is involved with many organizations. These include the Mountain State Forest Festival and the Randolph County Humane Society. He has volunteered his time for Legal Aid of West Virginia when asked and has also volunteered as a presenter at the People’s Law School on three occasions. In 2015, Phil was named as one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under the Age of 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys in acknowledgment of his superior qualifications, trial results, and leadership.
Phil is admitted to practice in the state of West Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
