Phil Isner is a native of Elkins, West Virginia and a 1995 graduate of Elkins High School. Phil went on to attend Alderson Broaddus University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in both Business Administration and Marketing. Phil is also a 2003 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law. Following law school Phil worked at a large law firm in Charleston, West Virginia before returning to Elkins in 2005 where he has aggressively represented his clients all over the State of West Virginia ever since. In 2014 Phil became the Managing Partner of Isner Law Office.
Phil has a broad based practice with a focus on four major areas including the aggressive pursuit of all aspects of Civil Litigation including both injury and accident cases and complex Employment Law cases; Divorce and Custody cases; Criminal Defense; and claims for Social Security Benefits for individuals who can no longer work.
An active member of her community, he is involved with many organizations, including the Mountain State Forest Festival, the Randolph County Humane Society. He has volunteered his time for Legal Aid of West Virginia when asked and has volunteered as a presenter at the People’s Law school on three occasions. In 2015, he was named a one of the Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys Under the Age of 40 by the Nation Academy.
Phil is admitted to practice in the state of West Virginia and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
